Practice Set-Up
As part of your practice setup we will review your front office procedures, documentation and work flows. This will help ensure we get all the information we need for billing on a timely basis. We also design custom forms as needed, assist with super bills design, etc. (You have the option of having multiple super bills, each, for a different type of billing. Furthermore, they may be paper super bills or electronic ones) We can also provide on-site training for your staff on various office procedures.

Conversion of existing Billing Data
If you are currently using billing software that is different from IBS’s practice management system, we will arrange to have your data converted to our software. There is a one-time charge for this service.

Our analysis includes an evaluation of proposed reimbursement and a review of contract language from an operational and legal perspective. We also monitor the ongoing operation of all contracts by analyzing charges and collections generated by the agreement and the impact of the agreement on the practice.
